The kitchen features marble countertops, a farmhouse sink, LG dual oven and range, LG dishwasher, built-in microwave and LG refrigerator/freezer with water dispenser. Start your morning with a Cuisinart 2-in-1 coffee maker or electric kettle, and enjoy the convenience of a whole-house water filtration and softening system. Upstairs, four custom queen-size sleeping nooks offer a unique and comfortable retreat. Each nook features a privacy curtain, personal lighting, shelving, an electrical outlet and charging station. Stairs between the upper and lower sleeping spaces provide access to the upper beds. The barndominium includes one full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate half bath with a convenient washer/dryer combo. Three individual mini-split heating and cooling units allow each living space to stay comfortable. Step onto the balcony to enjoy lake views and beautiful summer sunsets from the outdoor table, sofa or swivel chairs. Seat cushions are stored in the balcony storage box to help keep them clean and dry between uses. Inside, relax by the electric fireplace or head outdoors to the smokeless fire table surrounded by four wooden rocking chairs. A charcoal grill is also available, with charcoal and lighter provided.
